Sisko täyttää tänään aprillipäivänä vuosia (en kerro montako, mutta mua enemmän, kun se on isosisko). Sitäpä juhlistamaan tein hänelle pari kylttiä hänen toivomilla teksteillä.

My sister has a birthday ( I will not reveal her age, but it more than mine, as she is my big sister). To celebrate her, I made couple of signs with texts that she had wished for.
Yksi vie saunaan, perinteinen malli vihdan lehtineen. Toiseen käytin enemmän aikaa, kun se kuvastaa hänen rakasta harrastusta. Vakavaa tilkkuihin hurahtamista on ollut jo vuosia ilmassa.

One sign takes to the sauna, with the traditional decoration of leaves. The other sign on the other hand reflects her interest, i.e. quilting, I used significantly more time on this, so that it would be her own style.
