Syysrapsodia - Autumn Rhapsody

Puutarhahoito alkaa vedellä viimeisiään, joten voin alkaa taas miettiä kaikkea kivaa askartelua. Vieraisilla siskon luona, joka eilen tuumasi, että vastapaneloitu seinä on kovin valju.

Vaan eipä ole enää! Hiukan tuunaamista ja tilkkuvaraston penkomista. Tilataidetta a la Maija!

Gardening starts to be towards the end of season, so more time for handcrafting and such. Just visiting my sister, who yesterday said that her newly paneled wall was too blunt and no color at all. No problem, little effort of delving through her everlasting stacks of fabrics and some tuning and the results is here, decorative art by Maija!


Nimeksi tuli syysrapsodia, koska yksi pala erityisesti muistuttaa nuotistoa.

The piece got a name -Autumn Rhapsody, especially because one of the pieces reminds of notes.

Aamu olikin jo kivasti talvesta muistuttava, satoi räntää, mutta sateenkaari oli kaunis syysvärien keskellä.

Morning was very much reminding of coming winter with almost snow, but the rainbow was pretty amongst autumnal colors.
