Taistelen pientä aikapulaa vastaan ja en saa valmiiksi aloitettuja töitä. Toisaalta krakleeraus ei näytä onnistuvan, vaikka sen piti olla vaan kahden eri lakan käyttöä, jotka reagoivat keskenään. Olisikohan noissa lakoissa joku "parasta ennen" -juttu eli meneeköhän ne vanhaksi. Rasia on sinänsä ihan söpö, mutta ei siis vielä "valmis". Ehkä kokeilen mönjiä uudelleen tai toisen kerroksen sitä kakkostöhnää. Tai sitten porpuria vaan pintaan, ehkä en näe niitä halkeamia?

I am fighting against lack of time and cannot finish some on-going works. On the other hand, my cracle lack box does not seem to come up like it should, even if the use of two different lacks should have been piece of cake. Maybe these have some type of "best before" date and do not thus react as they should? The box itself is ok, but not the one I wanted it to be. Maybe I will try to apply them once again, or maybe only the second coating. Or to put porpur paste only? Maybe I just don't see the crackles with the bare eye?

One inspiring source has been to listen Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist book, a simple folklore type of story about a shepherd that starts to go after his dream. I warmly recommend this! I had already given up on one dream of mine, but the first thing after this book was, that I determined that I need to at least try to fulfill it instead of giving it up. Jaan muutaman ajatuksen, jonka kirjasin muistiin mun tsemppivihkoon (tämä mun henk koht työkalu omassa elämässäni):
1) Ihmisen elämäntehtävä on toteuttaa omat unelmansa. (joku voisi ajatella että tämä on kovasti itsekäs ja itsekeskeinen näkemys, mutta lue eteenpäin)
2) Jokaisen on kuljettava oma elämäntiensä (itse). (eli tätä ei tee sinulle kukaan sinun puolesta?)
3) On kahdenlaisia ihmisiä: niitä, jotka toteuttavat unelmansa ja niitä, jotka unelmoivat, mutta eivät uskalla toteuttaa unelmiansa. Toisaalta epäonnistumisen pelko on suurin este unelmien toteuttamiselle.
4) Alkemisti -juttukin tuli selväksi, sillä kirjassa puhuttiin paljon elämänvirrasta ja siitä kuinka kaikkien ihmisten teot vaikuttavat tähän elämänvirtaan. Perusväittämä oli, että jos tai kun joku onnistuu, niin on sitä positiivista virtaa ja energiaa, joka kasvattaa tätä elämänvirtaa. Eli tulkitsin itse ainakin, että jos joku ihminen onnistuu, niin se ei ole keneltäkään muulta pois (eli tässä se selitys tuolle 1:lle). Jokainen meistä voi hyödyntää tuota elämänvirtaa (eli kait sitten oppia muilta ihmisiltä).
5) Pitää tietää mitä tahtoo. Koko maailmankaikkeus auttaa toteuttamaan unelmasi. Tätä kutsuttiin suotuisan onnen laiksi. (tuo tahtominen on sitten kuulemma se ongelma, ihminen tyypillisesti tietää nuorena ihan tarkasti mitä tahtoo, mutta sitten se jotenkin katoaa, tunnistatko itsesi tästä? Mulle tämä hiukan ainakin kolahti :-) )
6) Ja tää on paras: Lampailta ei voi oppia arabiaa. (tätä voi kukakin tulkita miten haluaa, ehkä kannattaa hakea sitä elämänsä suuntaa avoimin mielin ja eri tahoilta, eikä aina siitä kotoisasta ja tutusta?).
Olen kirjannut monta muutakin asiaa, mutta ehkä jätän lukijallekin jotain itse löydettävää!

I will share few thoughts from this book, which I have collected to my personal "kick-ass" folder for guidance in my life:
1) The meaning of life or goal in the life for each human being is to go after your dreams. (this might sound little bit selfish, but read on...)
2) Everyone needs to go your own path of life yourself. (i.e. nobody else will do it for you)
3) There are two types of people: those who realise their dreams and those who just dream, but are afraid to realise them. On the other hand the fear of failure is the biggest reason for not trying at all.
4) The alchemist stuff became evident as well: There is this Stream of Life (pardon my translation, not alchemist myself at all..), that is the total collection of all events and happenings of all people living and having lived before us. Main argument is that if and when someone manages to realise his/her dream, this event will add much positive energy to this Stream to be shared once again with others. So success of one person is not away from other people. (this is the explanation for point 1)
5) You need to know what you want. Once you go after what you want the whole Universe will arrange itself so that it supports you. (the knowing if often the problem, people know exactly what they want when they are young, but somehow that wisdom is lost when you get older, for me this was very revealing eyeopener)
6) This is the best one: sheep cannot teach you Arabic. (everyone may interprete this how they wish, but may when you seacrhing your meaning, you should also look beyond your comfort zone...)
Oh yes, I wrote down many other thoughts as well, but maybe I leave something for you to discover and think about!
